Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Discover the hidden potential of diversity in your team.

Change always begins with self-awareness. This is exactly why discrimination is so successful. Because discrimination often happens unconsciously and even though the most common discrimination in the West comes from white people, people from BIPoC, PoC & LGBTQIA* backgrounds can also carry prejudice.

Therefore, in this workshop we dedicate ourselves to the reappraisal of our own actions and the unmasking of our own prejudices, in order to be able to step out of the room more judgment-free at the end and to meet our colleagues at eye level.
