Heterogeneous teams, advocacy groups for companies that want to actively address racism, sexism, and homophobia and transphobia and discrimination.

- Individually tailored training format.

- Comprehensive intercultural knowledge – mix of theory and personal accounts.

- Creation of a protected space to reflect on one’s own identity, to uncover one’s own resources and to find a personal way of dealing with team situations.
